Right of return

We guarantee the right to return undamaged goods within 14 days. This right of return can also be exercised for goods that are not to your liking, but a processing fee of 15 euros (plus shipping costs there and back) must then be paid.

If the goods are damaged upon receipt and this has not already been urged, the full delivery amount is due and the goods will be returned at the buyer's expense. (Exception: transport damage!)

The right of return shall be deemed to have been observed if the goods are dispatched within 14 days of receipt, whereby the recipient must provide evidence of actual receipt in order to preserve the right of return (e.g. postal confirmation). We will only accept a return if it has been sufficiently stamped. If goods have been damaged by the supplier, the recipient undertakes to claim the damage incurred immediately upon acceptance and to claim the insurance value including delivery costs there and back on the spot. If this reminder is missed, the right of return also expires. (cf. 7. warranty, also in GTC)
