Right of return
We guarantee for not damaged goods a right of return within 14 days. This right of return can also be claimed for goods that do not find favor, but then a handling fee of 15.00 euros plus shipping costs there and back must be accepted. If the goods are damaged upon receipt and it has not been urged before, the full delivery amount will be due and the goods will be returned at the expense of the buyer. (Exception: transport damage!)
The right to return the goods shall be deemed to have been complied with if the goods are dispatched within 14 days of receipt, whereby the recipient must provide evidence of actual receipt in order to comply with the right to return (e.g. postal notification). We will only accept a return shipment if it has sufficient postage. If the goods are damaged by the supplier, the recipient is obliged to claim the damage immediately upon acceptance and to claim the insurance value including the delivery costs to and from the place of delivery. If this urgency was missed, the right of return also expires. (cf. 7. warranty, also in GTC)
