Delivery & Costs worldwide
With the new EU directives, the VAT rates of the recipient country now come into force. This may lead to different prices if the VAT in the recipient country is different from that in Austria.
However, if we ship to an Austrian address or you pick up the goods from us, Austrian VAT remains valid for the foreign customer and shipping will also be cheaper or eliminated altogether.
Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties, taxes or fees. You will see all taxes when you check your order. It only becomes valid when you submit, with the small red X in the shopping cart you can delete it.
The terms of delivery and payment of the “Flora-Shop” within the www.paulflora.at are also shown in more detail in the order form.
There is no minimum order quantity, but we would like to draw your attention to the delivery costs, which are not based on the invoice amount but on the true freight costs. (For example, if you order several books or several art prints, the postage will only be charged for ONE package and the delivery costs will be divided.)
The freight costs (including secure packaging in stiff grey board and transaction) are based on the VAT rates of the individual items and are maximum:
Domestic shipments
1-5 postcards: 1,50
6-20 postcards (as letter): 4,00
Large letter (e.g. 1 thin book): 4.50 (Several books or one thick book is one package!)
1 calendar: 5,00 (from 2 calendars it is one package!)
Package up to 2kg: 13,00
Package 2-4kg: 21,00
Special shipping (e.g. insurance or special packaging etc.): Please inquire by email !
Shipments within the continent or EU
1-5 postcards: 3,00
6-20 postcards (as letter): 7,00
Large letter (e.g. 1 thin book): 9.00 (Several books or thick book is one package!)
1 calendar: 15,00 with follow-up (from 2 calendars it is a package with tracking!)
Package up to 2 kg: 23,00
Package 2-4 kg: 28,00

Shown prices
All our prices include Austria’s statutory value added tax of currently 10% for books, 13% (originals, prints) or 20% (other printed works).
We reserve the right to make a partial delivery, provided that this appears advantageous for a speedy processing. However, only one delivery will be invoiced at a time, unless the buyer requests a split delivery (e.g. if part of the goods is not in stock). Special forms of shipment requested by our customers (express, special insurance, etc.) will be included with a local surcharge.
